Layth is an artisanal independent luxury fragrance house established in Bangladesh, dedicated to concentrated fragrance oils. We develop fragrance compositions through a process grounded in research, formulation, controlled blending, maturation, and quality evaluation. Our work is centered on creating distinctive fragrance oils with character, balance, depth, and lasting presence.
Research Before Formulation
Every Layth creation begins before the first drop is blended. We research fragrance materials, their individual characteristics, interactions, performance, and role within a composition. We study how different materials contribute to the opening, development, depth, texture, and lasting character of a fragrance.
This research forms the foundation of our formulation process. We do not formulate simply to produce another fragrance. We formulate with a defined olfactive direction in mind.
The Making of a Layth Composition
Selected materials are measured precisely and combined according to developed formulations. Each blend is given time to mature, allowing the composition to settle and develop its intended character. Maturation is an essential part of our process — not merely a period between production and release.
Following maturation, each batch undergoes evaluation for its aroma profile, balance, consistency, performance, and overall quality. Adjustments are made where necessary before a composition is prepared for final presentation. From the first formulation to the finished bottle, every stage is approached with intention.

Layth does not treat fragrance oil as an alternative waiting to imitate conventional perfume. Fragrance oil is our medium.
